Once onboarded, your business will receive a dedicated account manager to act as your liaison to boosting your online reputation.  Whether you have questions about what to post, how to update hours, billing, need strategic advise, or any other issue you encounter, we have you covered.  We will establish a communication schedule, whether you want us to reach out weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly to achieve your goals.  We also offer multiple avenues of communication including phone, text, chat, email, or video chat.
