2009 ESTABLISHED
Reputation Boost was established out of San Diego, CA in 2009, conceptualized by Brad Merkel. Chris Curtis and William Rivas (sales rep) co-founded an office in Carlsbad, CA. Reputation Boost is a privately held, self funded organization with clients worldwide totaling over 12,000. Reputation Boost was first in offering local reputation management to businesses, using its self-created proprietary software, while never increasing its prices. Reputation Boost was officially trademarked in 2009, with a tagline of, “Reputation Boost – the Original Reputation Management Company”. Reputation Boost has had national exposure through TV ads, speakers and presenters at multiple associations, trade shows, national conventions, national print publications, universities, and radio shows. Reputation Boost has been invited to Google on multiple occasions to help consult and shape Google local for businesses.
2012 MULTIPLE AWARDS
Reputation Boost has received multiple awards and recognitions, including 2012’s Outstanding Emerging a Business of the Year, a Google Partnership, and receiving the first invitation to membership in the Rating and Review Professional Association. Reputation Boost is a member of the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce, United States Chamber of Commerce, BBB, and proud supporter of US Olympic teams. Reputation Boost literally wrote the book on reputation management for business, with the book titled, “Internet Reputation Management For Business.” Published in October of 2012, it is often cited and used by universities, including University of San Francisco, Stanford, and UCLA. Internet marketing educators and experts have also found the book invaluable for course work and daily applicable use. Reputation Boost continues to innovate its offerings and now offers multiple packages that include everything from social media to helping businesses with a less than favorable reputation.
